I believe in trusting the decisions women and families make. As a doula, my goal is to help equip you with the information and support to make the choices you want. Every birthgiver deserves to feel cared for, heard, and safe.

I began doula work after an early career as an attorney and gender equity advocate.  I needed encouragement and support to make that transition. Birth is one of the biggest transitions life offers, and we should all have support as we move through it.

I am excited to support families of all backgrounds, orientations, and identities, with any and all parenting arrangements. I received my training as a birth and postpartum doula through DONA International.
